During lok sao (rolling) when you feel your partners top hand heavy, let your bong sao fall into a fut sao and your fook sao raise into a tan sao creating kan sao. top
From the point above step forward with your Tan sao and turning it into a jut sao towards your partners center, creating a trap, while simultaneously withdrawing the opposite hand. top
